REFUND POLICY

What is ActivEra’s returns policy?

When you shop with us, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags and packaging intact.

 

Return delivery fees:

  • A $7.99 return delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • We'll cover the return delivery fees for any faulty or damaged items.

  • All returns are processed via email. To make a return, please email help@activera.com.au and ensure you have:
    1. The order delivery date and order number.
    2. Your item has all tags attached and is in its original, resell-able condition

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Additional return information:

  • Unless the item is faulty or damaged, these items are not eligible to return:

    • Items that have been worn, washed or altered

    • Items without the original tags or original packaging

    • Items without a proof of purchase

    • Items delivered more than 14 days ago

    • Items listed as sale or not returnable
