What Are ActivEra Delivery Options?

During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date based on your delivery address. We offer the following

delivery options:

 

Standard delivery:

  • Free for orders of $100 or more, $7.99 for orders less than $100

  • Generally, arrives within 2–4 weeks

Additional information:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. ActivEra is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during public holidays.

  • Orders can't be delivered to re-shippers or package-forwarding services.

  • Orders can't be delivered to addresses outside the country or region where they were placed.

  • Delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive a faulty or damaged item.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
